School Opinion Survey

The annual suite of School Opinion Surveys will be conducted 31 July to 25 August 2017 in Queensland State Schools. All families, school staff and a random sample of students will be invited to participate. We encourage you to take this opportunity to have your say about what this school does well, and how this school can improve. Students will take part in the survey at school.
Parent surveys will come home with eldest in the family in the week beginning Monday 31 July.
Some families will receive their survey in paper form, translated in a language we feel will assist them based on our school records. These paper copies will need to be returned to the school in the sealed envelope provided. If you require a translated paper version the school can provide this in the following languages – Arabic, Chinese (simplified Mandarin), Hindi, Korean, Samoan, Spanish and Vietnamese.
All other families will receive a blue sheet home with instructions to connect to the 10 minute survey on line. If you would like to use school computers you will be able to do so from Monday 7 August in the school library at 8:30am or 3:00pm.
Links to the surveys are available on the School Opinion Survey website along with summary reports from previous surveys. Please use your two access codes from the blue form provided by the school.
If you have not received your forms by Friday 4 August please email the Deputy Principal, Rosemaree Gould at
